Max's Memorial
April 4, 1996 – Dec 22, 2012
Max was an energetic, cute, full of life Bichon Frise who came into my life when he was 1 year old. For the next 16 years he brought me love, humor, affection, companionship and most important loyalty…. I was his world. No matter what time, when or how he was feeling he was there for me with unconditional love!
When I began to write this mini biography and tried to highlight special moments, I had a very difficult time because Max left me with so many amazing memories that were all heartfelt.
When I reflect on my years with Max I think of him waiting for me at the door with his tail wagging, leaping with excitement happy to see me. I remember the quiet times that he laid at the end of the sofa with my husband and how secure they both felt. Days when I was overwhelmed he was always there to comfort me wanting to be close. I am hearing impaired and I relied on Max to alert me if someone was at the door or approaching our home. Silly as it may seem, when I was anxious just being mindful of him and the love we shared alleviated the tension.
There are no words to express how much I miss Max and how much he gave me for 16 years. My life has never been the same.
Missing you Max with love!
